30-Night Money-Back Guarantee

Every TummyHush band comes with a 30-night guarantee. Use it for up to 30 nights from delivery. If it does not help, email support@tummyhush.com with your order number and we will refund your purchase in full.

You do not need to send anything back

There is nothing to ship back and no forms to complete. You keep the band and the digital colic guide that came with your order.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically shows the funds within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges paid on the original order, where applicable, are included in the refund.

Requests after 30 nights

If you are outside the 30-night window, contact us anyway at support@tummyhush.com. We review these case by case.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@tummyhush.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Because orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days, contact us as soon as possible at support@tummyhush.com. If the order has already shipped, the 30-night guarantee above applies.
